In “Bari Or 2,” taxi driver Hendo wishes that no one would ever lie to him again. When his wish comes true, the truth becomes a funny, unpredictable and sometimes painful challenge.
Another miracle changes the life of taxi driver Hendo. Tired of the lies surrounding him, he wishes that everyone would tell him nothing but the truth. Once the wish comes true, however, his ordinary life quickly descends into chaos.
Hendo uses his new power to expose corruption, hypocrisy and false social values, earning the public’s respect. But when one of his own lies is revealed, he is forced to confront the real cost of truth and find a way to recover everything he has lost.
“Bari Or 2” is a comedy about truth and deception, family and social relationships. Through humour, the film asks a deceptively simple question: are we truly prepared to hear the truth all the time?
