This page describes what is stored on your device when you visit this site. What is written here is exactly what the site does, and nothing more.
Essential cookies
When you send the contact form your browser receives one security cookie (.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.…) that protects the form against forged requests. It holds nothing about you and goes when you close the browser.
Your answer to the question below is kept in a cookie called kelvin_consent, so the question is not asked again on every page. It holds only “yes” or “essential only”.
Visit measurement
If you agree, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to count which pages are read. Before you agree, nothing is fetched from Google and no cookie is set.
What is measured is that a page was seen: its address, the language, the kind of browser and an approximate location. No value you type into the contact form is sent to the measurement system.
Choosing “essential only” deletes Google's cookies (_ga…) from this browser. Anything already collected is Google's to forget, which the studio requests from its own account.
Academy applications
The Academy’s three forms - enrolling, a consultation and the waiting list - keep what you fill in: your name, phone number, email address, the course and group you chose, how you would rather be contacted, and anything you wrote.
The moment you ticked the consent box is kept with it: consent without a time is not evidence of anything.
Applications are read by the studio’s staff in order to contact you. If a notification address is configured, one message about your application is also sent to that address. Your details are not sent to anybody else.
Nothing from the form is sent to the measurement system: not your name, your number, your address or anything you wrote, and not a hash of any of them. What is measured is which form was sent and in which language.
How long an application is kept is a decision the studio has not made, so this page does not state one. The system deletes nothing by itself: an application stays until somebody at the studio removes it. If you would like your details removed, write to us.
